Synergee 2200 Series

I developed these fitness rack series, this fitness rack now is selling on the market in 2023, it has 13 combinations, can be modify and transform like a LEGO toy. In this project, I have design every single part, froming very begining our team has plan to design a system that can be upgrade from the low end product to a high end product. I start design them froming the indusrty design sketching to the product testing. I have communicate with the manufacter worker in China and test the samples, finally in successfuly push to mass production stage in the end of 2022.

Synergee calf raise machine

For this project, I spend a lot of time on develop a low cost calf raise machine, I tried a lot ergonomics simulation in the fusion software,

To redesign the structure, and improve the user experience.

Cherry Bell

CherryBell is a new conceptual design, it's a redesign of the kettlebell, Cherrybell will have more functions compare to a tranditional kettlebell, and pushup, single hand lift, practice grip strength and two hand lift.  

Crank Roller

Crank Roller is a new conceptual design. The idea is from the Crankshaft of the engine. User and grip the crankroller, and rotate the shaft, it burn your calories easily.

Synergee workout station

Synergee workout station is my design in the late 2021, it's a pity that it have go to max production, because the sheet metal buliding is a little bit expensive.

Small Calf Machine

Small calf machine is a product design for young athletes, the redesign is base on their body size, and sitting position.
